Shipping Policy
We ship Australia-wide and internationally from our warehouse in NSW.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic shipping (Australia):
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
- - Express shipping: 1-3 business days
- - Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $100
International shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Order tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Lost or damaged parcels: If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at outreach@pumpxchange.com so we can resolve it.
Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
